About benenden

benenden has been providing healthcare to UK customers and members since 1905 and is the leader in its field.

In recent years the market has demanded that benenden embark upon a programme of new service provision. The company wished to develop a sales strategy to fully harness this demand and provide best value.

Strategy, Process, Messages, Presentation

We were commissioned to undertake root and branch review of benenden’s sales strategy and processes and make top level, strategic sales recommendations to the group’s Board.

In parallel we helped honed sales messages and developed a new corporate sales presentation.
